Do my guests have to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the album opens in the phone’s browser, the same on iPhone and Android. There is nothing to install.
Do they have to create an account?
Your guests never do. You sign in once with Google, Apple or a code sent to your email — no password, one tap. That is what makes the album truly yours and lets you open it from any phone, even if you lose the one you created it on.
Can guests upload video?
Yes — photos and video, from the gallery or recorded on the spot with the album’s camera.
Who can see the photos?
Only whoever has the album’s QR code or link. There is no search, there are no public profiles, and albums are not indexed by Google.
Can I delete something I don’t want in there?
Yes. As the host you can hide or delete any photo or video at any time. Whoever uploaded it can remove it too.
How do I download everything afterwards?
One button. It builds a single file with the complete album at high resolution, ready to store wherever you want. Photos are optimised as they upload so they make it through even on bad venue wifi, and they are still more than good enough to print.
How much does it cost?
Creating an album and receiving photos is free — no card and no account. Large events will have a paid plan, and you’ll know before you need it, never in the middle of the party.
How long do the photos stay available?
The album stays open after the event so everyone can download their own. If it ever has to be archived, we email you well in advance.
Why are there no comments?
Because these are photos of your people, often of children. A comment space there needs moderation nobody can sustain properly, so we would rather not have it.
